Terms of Service
Effective date: June 14, 2026
These terms govern your use of rylibusinessgroup.com and the services provided by RyLi Business Group LLC ("RyLi," "we," "us"). By using the site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Our services
RyLi provides web design and development, ongoing maintenance and support, marketing and growth services, and bookkeeping and financial services. The specific work, timeline, and price for any engagement are set out in a separate written proposal or agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.
Your responsibilities
To do our best work, we rely on you to provide accurate information, timely content and feedback, and the access we need to your accounts and systems. Delays in these can affect timelines.
Ownership
You own the final deliverables we create for you once your invoices for that work are paid in full. This includes your code, your content, and your accounts. We may reuse general techniques, methods, and non-client-specific components in other work. Any third-party software, fonts, or libraries remain under their own licenses.
Payment
Fees, deposits, and billing schedules are defined in your proposal or plan. Invoices are due on the terms stated. We may pause work on past-due accounts after notice.
Third-party services
Our work often connects to services we do not control, such as hosting, payment processors, and analytics providers. Your use of those services is subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their performance or availability.
Product terms
Our software products, including SignalFire and StudioDraft, may have their own additional terms that apply when you use them.
Warranty and disclaimer
We deliver our work with care and skill. Beyond the specific commitments in your written agreement, the site and services are provided "as is," without other warranties. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as rankings, traffic, or revenue.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, RyLi is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the work giving rise to the claim.
Termination
Either of us may end an engagement as described in the applicable agreement. You remain responsible for work completed up to that point.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, and any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Washington.
Changes
We may update these terms as our services change. The effective date above shows the latest version.
